A very tasty Neapolitan pizza. The selection is very large, and you can also order fried foods (like arancini). The restaurant was busy and therefore a bit loud. We also had to ask for the music to be turned down a bit, as it was impossible to have a conversation. Nevertheless, I would go back for the pizza :)

Assaje is in the center of the Udine, a family owned pizzeria, with traditional recipes, and urbanized style.
We went for brunch, we were lucky to find a free table for 3 people, without reservations.
We tried the Neapolitan Style Margarita, the Rachetta Pizza, bottled water, and Aperol Spritz.
Service was super, the pizza was extraordinary, and the view from the tables outside was nice.
Good for dates, family gatherings, or simply to grab a Neapolitan style pizza and get a break from a city walk.

If you're looking for a good Neapolitan pizza in Udine, this is the place to go. Excellent ingredients, fast and friendly service. The restaurant has outdoor seating overlooking the beautiful Piazza San Giacomo.

Wonderful hospitality, in a great location. The pizza and tiramisu were delicious. The kindness of the staff and the little gifts made the dinner a real experience.

Finalmente la tradizione della pizza napoletana è arrivata a Udine.
Pizza alta e morbida, ben condita.
Ampia scelta per tutti i gusti.
Birra ambrata, delicata
Servizio ottimo e locale, oltre che accogliente, ben arredato.
Mi raccomando di non cambiare...
...a chi non piace la pizza napoletana può andare altrove!
