Neapolitan pizza. Delicious with top quality ingredients and various flavors. Nice and friendly staff. Nice atmosphere, a little cramped. I strongly recommend booking.

Very friendly service. Pizza was delicious and delivered quickly. We were greeted with a small glass of Prosecco. And to finish, we were surprised with a glass of Limoncello.

Booked at 9pm for 5 people, seated at 10.10pm. So maybe without a reservation it was the same. In the meantime big smiles, meatballs and aperitif.... oh well. If you have lunch outside it's very nice, the inside is not up to par. The pizza is good if you eat it quickly, because as it cools down it becomes chewing gum.

Very good place for pizza and not only with possibility to have the dinner also after 23:00 (for late arriving tourists.

I returned to Assaje, in Udine, after a few years, driven by the desire to give this pizzeria a second chance after a first experience that, honestly, did not leave me with a good memory. And if on the one hand I found some improvements, on the other hand there are still aspects that do not convince me completely. The pizza is Neapolitan style, with the classic high and well-leavened crust. The dough is good, well managed, and overall it is happy to eat. I would not put it among my favorites in the area, but it would be unfair to say that it is a badly made pizza. In fact, the quality of the base is perceived. The menu is quite varied, and there are also slightly more sophisticated proposals, with original combinations. It is something I appreciate: it gives the idea of ​​a cuisine that tries to stand out and is not satisfied with the usual choices. Having said that, no flavor really struck me. Everything is correct, but without that spark that makes you say "I come back especially for this pizza". Obviously, this is a matter of personal taste, and I understand that some people may appreciate it more than me. But considering the pizzerias in the Udine area, I continue to prefer others. What had a clearer impact on my evaluation was the service. The waiters were rather hasty and, at times, almost rude. It must be said that we arrived around closing time, but this should not justify a hasty attitude. Those who enter before closing are entitled to the same type of welcome and attention. Another thing that left me perplexed was seeing the pizza chef climb onto the worktop with his shoes on to clean some shelves high up, while there were still customers sitting down to eat. Even though the room was almost empty, certain things would be better to avoid, especially when working in an open environment. Cleaning is important, but there are more appropriate ways and times to manage it. In conclusion, I can't say that the experience was negative, but not so positive that I would want to return. The pizza is good, there is variety, but the service and some details out of place made the evening less pleasant than I had hoped. Personally, next time I will continue to focus on other pizzerias in the area.

Prima volta e con una coppia di amici friulani Finalmente la tradizione della pizza napoletana è arrivata a Udine. Pizza alta e morbida, ben condita. Ampia scelta per tutti i gusti. Birra ambrata, delicata Servizio ottimo e locale, oltre che accogliente, ben arredato. Mi raccomando di non cambiare... ...a chi non piace la pizza napoletana può andare altrove! In uscita la fila per cenare mi ha ricordato qualcosa della mia NAPOLI 😊 Eccellente
