Good pizzas in the best Sicilian style

Extremely kind and professional staff. I tried two of the many pizzas on the menu, each better than the last. The dough was wonderful, dry and soft. The ingredients were of the highest quality and in abundance. I could go on and on about how delicious the pizzas are, but it's best if you go and try them.

It was the best pizza we had in Sicily. Excellent Margherita, pizza with mortadella and pistachio, 4 formaggi, and all the others as well. Very quick service and delicious! Both we and the kids were thrilled. We came back several days in a row and didn’t leave a single bite. Highly recommended!

Fast and professional service, casual and comfortable atmosphere. The owners chatted with us for a few moments and explained the history of the beautiful town of Polizzi. We tried an appetizer of chips, a truly succulent pizza with buffalo mozzarella and cherry tomatoes, and a pumpkin pizza with a delicate and refined flavor. The dough was well-leavened and light! Recommended!

We visited Arte Bianca twice during our stay in Polizzi and it’s definitely the best pizza in town!

Heerlijke pizza’s en authentieke Siciliaanse ervaring. We hebben hier twee pizza’s gegeten met dessert. Eenvoudig restaurant maar heerlijk eten en heel vriendelijke bediening door de familie. Wij komen hier graag nog terug.

We didn’t try any of the other pizzerias in town, but went to this one based off of reviews. Party of four with two children and everyone loved the pizza. Really very good and we’ve had unimpressive pizza in Siracusa at more elevated prices simply based off location. No English spoken but great efforts were made to communicate. Wine and water were also excellent. Recommended if you are in town. Would like to visit the other pizzerias in the town also. Large parking opportunities just around the corner of the restaurant.
