11/01/2026: The atmosphere is welcoming and hospitable. We ate very well, from the starters to the desserts. The staff is friendly and approachable, making the experience truly enjoyable. I recommend a refreshing stop: the dishes are generous, but the quality is top-notch.

04/01/2026: While visiting Santo Stefano di Camastra, we were looking for a typical restaurant where we could sample traditional dishes. A Google search led us to the "Tri Quarti e na Gazzusa" restaurant. The restaurant is medium-sized, with about ten tables, and furnished in a rustic style. It's decorated with photos of various characters and local ceramics. A kind and friendly lady welcomed us and promptly brought us our menus. The service was quite fast, and our dishes arrived within minutes. For lunch, we ordered: a rustic appetizer with cured meats and cheeses, excellent and plentiful; two different first courses, tagliatelle with Nebrodi black pig ragù (delicious!) and ravioli with swordfish and lime (delicious!); finally, we finished the meal with an excellent grilled meat. Afterward, I didn't have room for dessert 😂 I don't know if we'll return to Santo Stefano, but if we do, we'll definitely return to "Tri Quarti"!
