Pizzeria Amadeus In Barletta

The pizza variant called "pinsa" is good, with a different shape than usual, the use of rice flour, and other details that differentiate the product from the classic dough. The staff is friendly, although there's room for improvement. The prices are a bit high, but they're more or less in line with competitors. The place is clean and tidy. I recommend this place if you're looking for something a little less subdued.

I was there on a Sunday evening. The place is nice, large. They favor outside orders, neglecting a bit the customers in the room. The pinsa is very good and crunchy, for the rest there is little choice, perhaps because it was Sunday and many dishes were no longer available. FOR THE PINSA you can return.

Unlike other restaurants, a celiac feels truly pampered here! We have ranged from fish to meat to pinsa and everyone has expressed appreciation. Very good value for money too. It met my expectations!

Wide choice of "Pinsa romana", served quickly by kind and very helpful staff. On Wednesdays there is also the "all you with eat" option.

Great staff. Great quality and price. Will definitely be back.
