Excellent position. Tidy rooms, friendly, professional staff.

Rooms are better than you would expect when you see the house from the outside. Otherwise everything is fine. I can't understand what some others are writing negatively about here. The rooms are clean, renovated and air conditioned. The staff is friendly and helpful.

I was at the Hotel Post Gries in Bolzano as part of a booked bike tour. The hotel is about 10-15 minutes walk outside the city center, there is also a bus. We had a standard double room (No. 303, without balcony) in the annex building with a really nice view of the mountains at the back. Unfortunately for us the room smelled like it had been freshly painted, which is why we wanted to swap. However, it would have been room 212 with an inside bathroom, no view and the same smell. So we stayed in room 303. Unfortunately there was no kettle in the room with tea/coffee and no welcome bottle of water. The bathroom was nice, there is a large shower, but with a small shower head. The shower gel is still provided in individual mini format - a large bottle holder in the shower would be more environmentally friendly. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are firm, the pillows are a bit too hard. Breakfast is served in the large dining room. It's loud and of good standard. Unfortunately not a large selection of bread rolls, but eggs, sausage, cheese, vegetables, fruit, cereal, cake, a solid coffee machine, tea, juice, etc. Also suitable for large groups. In summer there is also seating on the small terrace in the inner courtyard.

Coincidentally, the city festival was right outside the door at the weekend.

The apartment is quiet, modern, well furnished and equipped with pots, cutlery, mocha, glasses, cups, plates, even packs of toilet paper. Our stay was pleasant, it felt like a real home. Cleaning service every Monday and courtesy of the staff. Bus stop in front of the hotel and grocery store a few meters away. Fair prices for what it offers and for the location, recommended.

A small hotel in Bolzano. Accessibility is provided, the bathroom is a pleasant size. The shower seat is stable and height adjustable. There are anti-slip mats!

Toller freundlicher Service, das Essen ist fantastisch. Nicht nur die Pizzen, sondern auch die restliche Küche. Zudem gibt es immer mal wieder was neues auf der Karte. Tisch reservieren ist empfehlenswert, vor allem abends ist immer viel los, nicht nur zur Hauptsaison. Wir kommen seit Jahren regelmäßig, und wurden noch nie auch nur ansatzweise enttäuscht. Ich kann einige Bewertungen nicht ganz nachvollziehen, aber das hat ja jeder so seine eigene Meinung. Und wem zehn Minuten Wartezeit zu lange sind, der sollte am besten in ein FastFood Restaurant gehen. ;-)

Wie immer super! Problemlose Reservierung. Netter und schneller Service. Tolle Auswahl an Gerichten und Getränken, inklusive glutenfreier und Pizza mit 48 Stunden gegangenem Teig. Faire Preise. Sehr familienfreundlich. Absolute Empfehlung
