Manuel Hofer's restaurant combines regional specialties with modern fusion elements, consistently creating new culinary experiences. From the amuse-bouche to dessert, everything is freshly prepared in-house. The food is of exceptional quality, and individual requests were always accommodated. The ambiance is very modern, with stunning views of the surrounding mountains and meadows. Definitely worth a visit!

Top restaurant, right on the ski slope. We started with a warm octopus and then a local cut of meat, perfectly cooked. A great bonus: they serve wine by the glass, dispensed via a Coravin system. Everything was excellent, and the team was fantastic.

I love the traditions of Alto Adige, but I'd like to highlight a place that's decidedly unconventional, yet pleasant, surprising, and refined. The menu is also unconventional, surprising for its experimentation and use of classic ingredients presented with a modern twist. The service is simple, modern, and pleasant. A group of young people who deserve and demand trust, in a landscape reluctant to innovate. Well done!

17/03/2026: Once I discovered this wine bar, I found myself coming back every evening during my ski trip for aperitif time—I only wish I had found it sooner. Max is a fantastic host, the wines are excellent, and his recommendations are always worth trying. Whether the bar is busy or quiet, the atmosphere remains warm, friendly, and unpretentious. This place was truly one of the highlights of my week in San Vigilio. Hopefully I will be back next season.
