There were two of us for dinner at All'Incrocio on Saturday evening. We took a margherita based pizza each. We feel very satisfied. The only comment we would like to make, according to our tastes, is that the seasoning of the base of the pizzas we chose seemed suitable for a normal pizza and, consequently, not the size of a pizza. The All'Incrocio pizzeria has been open since 1988. Over time it has changed in its furnishings, but not in the quality of the pizza with its thin and crunchy dough. The place is not large, but the spaces are used well. Their pizza is a pleasure for the palate and a pleasure for the eyes when seeing Gennaro at work with his expert hands from his position behind the glass, visible to all customers. “A pizza made with the core” says their logo and this passion has been rewarded in some of their pizzas by Gambero Rosso in the “Italian-style pizza” category.
