26/08/2024: What I regret leaving a review like this is that it is due to someone with serious problems who sends him around to make deliveries! Rude, arrogant, slacker, I order a couple of pizzas from Deliveroo (22nd August, at least the vulgar person will understand who I am) and when this person arrives at my house I point out to him that I can't go down to get the pizzas, so this starts from a " boy I work for the restaurant not for you" "this time go down and get them next time order somewhere else" "my boss told me to order elsewhere but for now go down and get them" and other phrases worthy of the subject until I'm tired I point out to him that he would have already come up and he but in fact all the words he's saying... exhausted I tell him to go home with the pizzas he had tired me and there I also got rude, then in a few seconds I he calls on the intercom and tells me he would go up and among other things instead of giving me the exact amount he adds one euro but looking at it he certainly didn't even have the knowledge to understand and so I left him the rest. I believe that an experience like this has never happened to me since I have been ordering on these platforms for years and I make at least 10 orders a month. I say how can you send people like that around, what kind of carelessness must the owner have to give him license to tell a customer next time order elsewhere? Yet you see this girl who responds to comments trying to give plausible justifications about the inefficiencies in terms of cooking and times to prepare food, what's the point of putting certain people at home? However, no matter what anyone says, the food is of good quality. Those who criticize the food do so only out of spite or don't know how to eat at all!
