We didn't have a reservation, but they found us a table anyway. For the appetizer, I really enjoyed the polenta and the pickles, which were truly delicious. The first courses were very good (except for the fettuccine with ragù, which could be improved), especially the gnocchi with porcini mushrooms and gorgonzola, a must-try. The bignolada (bignolada) was also good.

Beautiful atmosphere, good food with generous portions. The only downside...very downside is the service, to say the least. The waiter was indifferent and bordered on rude. Not to mention the way he served the food. Maybe he should be sent back to school to learn the basics of restaurant management.

On the occasion of the Mantua dessert festival, hungry for pumpkin tortelli and right at dinner time, after vain attempts to find a place to take refuge, a waiter who knows his job finds us a little spot that is a very comfortable niche: we are in Quadrato a Mn and the place was full, warm and cozy... the tasty tortelli and homemade desserts. Exactly what we were looking for! Thank you for your kindness in seating us without a reservation.

Nice restaurant on the outskirts of Mantua with an outdoor seating area. Friendly service, delicious pizza, and reasonable prices. We'd happily return when we're in Mantua. 👍👍👍

30/11/2025: What can I say? I returned after a few years to enjoy the magnificent pumpkin tortelli. To say they were SUBLIME is an understatement. The lady who makes them is fantastic and incredibly kind. It was, as always, a superb experience! My heartfelt congratulations and thank you so much ❤️
