Very thin pizzas with a dough that tastes like a mix between a Frisbee and a dry piadina. We ordered a rustichella (speck and gorgonzola) and a diavola. The former was decent, the latter really nothing special, with almost no mozzarella. Friendly service, but the tables were very crowded, cramped, and not exactly spotless. Considering the atmosphere, they charge way too much. I wouldn't return. Rating: 6-/10

There's little space between tables, but for an exceptional pizza like this, it's worth it: shallow, very shallow, and wide, topped "according to the seasons" with every goodness and with great professionalism... it's been my favorite pizzeria for a few years. Given the crowds, I recommend booking.

I've been to this pizzeria at least 100 times during college. We'd celebrate every time we missed an exam... delicious pizzas, great people.

Excellent pizzas, all thin and crispy, with unusual topping combinations. The restaurant is always packed… people queue outside to get in. The owner and staff are incredibly friendly and let you go across the street for an aperitif at their ice cream parlor while you wait. A fantastic place… and excellent value for money.

Absolute respect for tradition. In this case, I don't know if Genoese pizza is traditionally this thin, but what makes me turn up my nose is the pizza rolled out with a rolling pin. In any case, the ingredients on top are high-quality, and you can taste it. It's a unique pizza that you may or may not like. Personally, I wasn't thrilled, but I wasn't apprehensive either. It was an experience, even if pizza is something else for me. Nice place, very popular, and friendly staff.

I've been wanting to try it for a long time because
I'm a fan of fine pizzas. What can I say? I expected something more. The ingredients in the pizza are high-quality and you can tell, but the dough lacks flavor and I found it a bit "rubbery."
Overall, the pizza is okay, a 7/10, but not among my favorites.
Their Pisacane beer is very good.
Good service, friendly staff.

The absolute best pizza for those who like it thin and crispy.
Top-quality ingredients. The only drawback is the inevitable wait because it's always busy, but it's worth the wait because the service is incredibly fast.
