Pizzeria Ai Portici In Paternò

12/11/2024: PESCECOTTO: Small take-away place where you can have lunch at some tables on the pavement opposite, some positioned a little precariously. Friendly staff. I arrived shortly after 2.00 pm, between one commitment and another I had in the Catania ring road, so I didn't return home for lunch, and, at that hour, there wasn't much choice. I took a slice of tuna that was well cooked and well seasoned, but unfortunately cold. In the meantime, the freshly cooked pasta with Catanese masculini arrived: very good, made according to the best Catanese tradition. Half portions of first courses are also served. Coffee was offered to me. It was a nice interlude for a quick lunch. The place was recommended to me some time ago by my son, when he was at university. In fact it is mainly frequented by university students and teachers from the nearby polyclinic. Excellent quality/price ratio.

14/10/2024: As for fish gastronomy, it is excellent, and the staff is courteous and welcoming.
