We were on our way when we stopped in to get a pizza. It was very delicious and they are very kind.

I have known the pizzeria Trattoria 2001 for more than 30 years!! I must say that it is a great pleasure to return to eat at Mr. Giuseppe, the pizza is as good as it was then, the first courses are also delicious, a clean rustic place. fair prices, friendly staff. I highly recommend this pizzeria restaurant, congratulations.👍👍

Pizzeria with a long management. The pizzas have a slightly smaller diameter than the classic ones. The quality of the ingredients is good and the dough is good. Slightly slow service, but that could be a coincidence. I will definitely be back to reevaluate my review.

Never judge a book by its cover, As soon as you enter the atmosphere is stuck in the 80s but the pizza is worth it. Friendly and welcoming staff, keep it up!!

The restaurant is located in a secluded position off the tourist routes, this will be compensated by the excellent service and friendliness of the staff and the excellent food, the recommended first courses, and the fantastic homemade desserts, unsurpassed.

Finalmente una tradizionale trattoria pizzeria come non esistono più, eccezionale nella qualità e nella diversità delle pietanze eccezionale nell’ospitalità eccezionale nel prezzo qualità ci ritornerò assolutamente da provare

A very nice, authentic, non-tourist place. Food is good and prices are very reasonable. We took Pizza Tonno (7 Euro), fried squid (11 Euro if I am not mistaken), and a liter of water (3 Euro).

08/11/2024: I recently had dinner in this typical restaurant in Trieste, but I must say that the experience did not live up to expectations. The food was average, without memorable dishes: the dishes were prepared correctly but without particular flavors that justified the prices, which I find decidedly too high for the quality offered. The service was mixed. The waitress was at times courteous and helpful, but in some moments she showed a rude attitude, hastily answering questions and making the customer feel a bit "excess". The most controversial aspect is the furnishings: the place is decorated in a bizarre way, with portraits and references clearly linked to a neo-fascist aesthetic, a detail that cannot go unnoticed and which left me very perplexed. This type of furnishing choice may be, for some, not only questionable but also decidedly out of place. Overall, it is not an experience that I would recommend, especially for those looking for authentic Trieste cuisine accompanied by a welcoming atmosphere.

13/08/2024: A truly successful dinner. All high-level dishes prepared with excellent quality ingredients. But Micol's service should absolutely be underlined: kind, patient and polite with everyone. Very knowledgeable on all dishes and also on wines. He assisted us in that culinary journey with sympathy and elegance.
13/08/2024: I've been back several times, this explains everything! It is a restaurant with few seats in a large space, therefore very quiet and relaxing, the staff pampers you and can advise you very well. Returning several times I was able to taste many fantastic dishes and wines, all of a high standard. Excellent value for money, considering a very high quality. If I were to return to Trieste I will be happy to sit at their table again.
