We are from Rome and we had dinner, recommended by our friends Andrea and Valentina, on Sunday 12 January 2025. There is only one word to describe the FANTASTIC experience. Courteous, polite and above all professional staff. The amazing and high level cooks, their cuisine is divided into two parts to respect the gluten-free requests from the normal ones, in this maximum professionalism, other than masterchef. The dishes arrive on time at the table in the right quantity in which they are ordered. The very clean environment including the services. We felt at home but with 5 star service. We will be back soon.

Ieri sera eravamo in 24, non pochi da gestire, una cena a base di pizza squisita, ben cotta, ben lievitata, ottimi i condimenti. Speciali anche le pizzelle fritte con salsa di pomodoro. Non ci siamo fatti mancare la pizza con Nutella ed abbiamo assaggiato anche quella Nutella e pere. Grazie ai ragazzi che gentilmente e puntualmente ci hanno servito. Valida anche la selezione delle birre. Ci rivedremo alla prossima occasione!

Questo posto è perfetto per una serata informale, che sia di coppia/amici o che sia in famiglia. Al di là del trambusto (perché era gremito di gente), abbiamo ordinato una frittura di calamari e gamberi (chiesta da servire come antipasto poiché intesa come secondo da menù) ed una mini parmigiana di melanzane senza glutine; per primo abbiamo scelto gnocchi con vongole, gamberi e pomodorini ed un tonnarello cacio e pepe con battuta di gamberi senza glutine; due calici alla mescita di pecorino, un'acqua naturale ed un caffè. Prezzo onesto ed eccellente la qualità delle materie utilizzate. Per le persone celiache come me, è il paradiso. Torneremo per assaggiare la pizza!

19/02/2025: Abbiamo pranzato in 3 adulti di domenica. Abbiamo prenotato trovando posto alle ore 14:15. Locale in centro, molto piccolo ma raccolto ed accogliente. Il titolare è persona gentile, discreta ed affabile, prende personalmente le comande e segue premurosamente i clienti durante il pasto. I prezzi, medio-alti, sono riportati sul menu, che viene portato all'inizio (è anche consultabile su internet). Mezzo litro di vino bianco della casa (discreto), 1 acqua min., 2 antipasti (insal. di polpo e cozze alla marinara, entrambi squisiti), 2 primi (riso alla pescatora, eccellente ed abbondante + spaghetti alle vongole, buoni ma non di particolare gustosità), 2 secondi (frittura di calamari e gamberi, gusto davvero eccezionale e quantità generosa, servita bollente+ 1 grigliata di pesce), 2 dolci, 1 caffè. Prezzo pagato € 110. La preparazione del cibo è davvero pregevole, anche se alcuni ingredienti ittici sono surgelati, come riportato sul menu (ad esempio, la frittura di calamari e gamberi, che sembrerebbero freschissimi e che raccomando vivamente). In conclusione, un'esperienza più che positiva, che credo replicheremo. Complimenti Sig. Francesco

05/02/2025: Lets just start with amazing, unforgettable and flawless. Its hard to find words that do justice to how special this place is that haven't been used in countless reviews below already! From day one having booked our wedding for July 2023 any email or questions asked of Silvia, Cristina and Mariya were answered within 24hrs. Remarkable communication with endless patience if you have many questions like I did. The venue is obviously stunning and you see this on your visits and tasting...but the venue simply comes to life for the wedding weekend and blows way past any expectations. The venue and staff have things so well organised you can truly relax and enjoy your wedding without any hiccups. I lost count of how many people said that it was the best wedding they have been to and that's down to the wonderful staff and the warm atmosphere created in the beautiful borgo. In my opinion its a complete game changer to have all your guests stay on site in borgo. All guests mingle and completely relax and switch off ambling around the venue, dipping in the pool and eating in the restaurant which made all the difference. It was the best weekend of our lives and cant thank the amazing Borgo di Tragliata and its staff enough. Fireworks a brilliant add on...highly recommend!
