A very good pizza restaurant. We went there as a couple twice while staying in Santa Maria Navarrese. Our first course was culurgiones and pane frattau: delicious! Our second course was an excellent mixed grill of mutton, beef, and pork, cooked to perfection and very flavorful. The second time we opted for the pizzas, which are made in a special way: sliced ​​and closed like a sandwich. Excellent ingredients and an easy-to-digest dough. Last but not least, Salvatore's friendliness and kindness are noteworthy: he offered us coffee and liquor every time and even recommended nearby places to visit. If we ever return to Santa Maria Navarrese, PizzAjò will be a must-visit.
