Fried gluten-free pizza. Compared to the photo on the menu, the meat is almost invisible. A piece to Center and nothing more. Good dough seasoning to be reviewed.

We arrived in front of the restaurant without having booked Sunday lunch. The guy took our name and after only 10 minutes he called us because the table was free. We ordered, 2 appetizers, a pizza and a fried pizza, all gluten-free, and the girl took the order without writing it down anywhere. A choice that turned out to be decidedly wrong. Nothing to say about the appetizers, pasta frittata and supplì, very good. The pizza was good even if quite burnt (as you can see from the photos). For the fried pizza, however, there was some problem because, before arriving the right one, she had to bring it 3 times, getting the toppings wrong each time (since she hadn't written the order anywhere, she couldn't remember it), and each time we told her the name of the right one, which she brought wrong each time (also quite "annoyed", as if we were making a mistake). In any case, the fried pizza dough was also quite raw inside.

I've been there many times - for lunch, dinner, and take-out. It's the best gluten-free pizza I've ever eaten, and the quality is consistent. The fried pizza is also delicious, considering all the difficulties of the gluten-free dough! Not to mention the croquettes... The fact that they have a dedicated oven and surfaces also gives me hope that contamination is kept to a minimum. It's always great to see pizzerias that respect the AIC criteria. I've been gone for a while but I see that now they're also starting to carry kbirr beers, which makes delicious gluten-free ones... Congratulations, keep it up!!

Good gluten-free pizzas, for my taste I prefer them a little more cooked here they seem to leave the base a little raw but it's a choice. The fried foods are really good, in general the staff is very kind, they are fast and have fair prices (3 pizzas with water beer and 2 croquettes 20e per person!). Recommended!

Locale posto nella centralissima via Toledo. Tutto buono ma una menzione speciale va fatta per la pizza senza glutine semplicemente fantastica. Saporita, condita perfettamente e cotta al punto giusto, sottile al centro con il cornicione morbido ... una bontà. Buoni anche i crocchè e le altre specialità senza glutine. Grazie per permettere anche alle persone celiache di gustare non solo un'ottima pizza ma anche le altre specialità della cucina partenopea.

Se desiderate provare le bontà senza glutine a via toledo potete venire qui... Molto buono il cuoppo anche se da menù erano previsti più ingredienti e invece sono arrivate solo frittelle e due pezzi tipo polenta . 8 €
