More than a dinner, it was a high-level tasting experience... The pizzas are simply excellent, from the dough (with special flours and sourdough), to the perfect cooking and the unpredictable but superlative combination of ingredients. Each pizza (I recommend ordering different pizzas to share in the center of the table) not only soothes the stomach but is a pleasure for the eyes, a fragrance for the nose and a wonderful dream for the mind. The pizza chef is a master in the art of pizza and more. From the fries (delicious) to the dessert... everything is homemade, including the chocolate and creams. I recommend trying Marco Stranieri's pizza at least once, the unique flavor of the Ambra pizza, my favorite, but also the Bandiera (fried pizza), the Zaffiro and many others. Go there and... lock yourself inside!

I know many places, including pizzerias and restaurants. Yesterday, by chance, I was in Silvi with my partner and craving pizza, so I searched online and found this pizzeria, PIZZERIA ANNUN ZIATA. They have a wonderful menu, but I was craving pizza. The waiters were excellent and were able to advise and give tips, even on the fried pizza, which we were a little skeptical about at first. What can I say? Fried pizza with mortadella and pistachio cream and focaccia with bresaola, arugula, and parmesan. Excellent, the dough and toppings, with quality ingredients and a flavor I'd never tried before. It will be our only go-to pizzeria from now on, and I'm curious to try their other dishes as well. The owner, Martina, is very kind and runs the place with her husband, Marco, the fantastic pizza chef, who had Paolo, one of her wonderful collaborators, accompany us to the party in the center. I think it's one of the few pizzerias that innovates in the choice of quality and ingredients, flavors and combinations of flavors that only they have known how to combine, making so many pizzas with spectacular flavors.... Ambra, pinillo, carbonara, amatriciana and many others are my favorites. My favorite is the carbonara and ambra.

Great restaurant. Located on a street corner, yet very cozy. The food was delicious. One of the best pizzas I've had in Italy. The service was very friendly and fast. And the price was absolutely fair. Definitely recommended.

After visiting the outlet, we headed towards the city of Sant'Angelo, having seen this pizzeria on Google. A colorful menu, and in the end, we asked for advice. The pizza dough was excellent and very rich in delicacies. I highly recommend it.
