We have been customers of Pizza 13 for several years. I feel like making this positive review because today, following a small mix-up with the order, they were able to resolve the situation in less than 20 minutes, as if we were in a challenge of 4 hotels by Bruno Barbieri! Even though on a Friday evening it could be really complicated to resolve in such a short time, getting our delicious pizzas, super seasoned and cooked perfectly in record time. Given that in 4 years we have never had a problem and the pizza has always been exceptional, especially taking into account the quality-price ratio, what we would like to underline is that a mistake can happen to anyone, but it is the ability to remedy it with great professionalism and kindness that makes the difference. Test passed guys! RATING: 10 AND PRAISE.
