Bakery in the Segesta area, very well known in the area. They prepare both sweet and savory dishes, the choice is vast. The 3 chocolate bread is exquisite, one of the best desserts they have. Inside there is both chocolate and a little cream, a choice that I loved. The croissant is full of cream, ditto the bomb. We also tried the savory dishes, both a slice of pizza margherita and the erbazzone. The latter was spectacular. Truly exquisite. I'm ready to come back to try other delights!

Pizza al prosciutto abbondante e focaccia con pomodorini. Ottimo impasto, fondo croccante, equilibrio di gusto mediterraneo. Ottime materie prime.
