Pizza e Sfizi In Foggia

Delicious, spectacular pizza, among the best I've ever eaten. Unfortunately the place is small, we were sitting next to each other. The worst flaw is the management of everything due to the excessive amount of customers for the place, they lost our order by being stuck at the table for 2 hours. It's unfortunate because the pizza is very good but management needs to be reorganized to optimize the service. *Update 2 months later: I came on a Friday and they were super fast, everything super good! The best pizza I have ever eaten very satisfied! Up to 5 stars!

Excellent pizza, slightly less croquettes, very friendly staff.

On a couple of occasions when I found myself in Foggia waiting for the train, I decided to come to dinner here because they had some very interesting pizzas. For the first time I take a special margherita with cream of roasted red and yellow datterini tomatoes (artisan), fior di latte, basil pesto (artisan), cacioricotta, oil and basil, and extra addition of sausage, and also a pistachio with ragù of yellow cherry tomatoes, fior di latte, smoked burrata, chopped pistachios, crispy bacon, oil and basil. I really liked both, both in terms of dough and overall flavour. The next time I had an exquisite one with cream of yellow date tomatoes, turnip tops, fiordilatte, bacon, pecorino cheese and oil, and I must say that I didn't mind it but the overall flavor was mainly dominated by the turnip tops. I must say prices are low compared to those I find in other cities in the north, very friendly and always super helpful staff, fast service. Promoted and highly recommended

Honestly, I was a little disappointed. The place is spartan, which doesn't bother me, but unfortunately it was cold and poorly heated (January 2025) and once the pizza arrived it wasn't as hot as I expected, but above all it was excessively burnt. I also made the mistake of getting a pizza with mozzarella left at the end of cooking, which literally cooled the pizza. It's a shame because the pasta is good and prepared, of course, but the burns and the cold of the place didn't allow me to fully enjoy it. It doesn't take much to improve, too bad.

Ottima pizza impasto super leggero e sottile, condimenti abbondanti, molto digeribile, servizio veloce e prezzi ottimi, una bella scoperta da ritornarci.
