For years my favorite pizzeria in Foggia, unbeatable pizza that even competes with famous pizzerias in Naples. Light dough, menu for all tastes, delicacies and also open for lunch. Impeccable! I won't post all the photos taken over the years because they would be too many

Delicious, spectacular pizza, among the best I've ever eaten. Unfortunately the place is small, we were sitting next to each other. The worst flaw is the management of everything due to the excessive amount of customers for the place, they lost our order by being stuck at the table for 2 hours. It's unfortunate because the pizza is very good but management needs to be reorganized to optimize the service. *Update 2 months later: I came on a Friday and they were super fast, everything super good! The best pizza I have ever eaten very satisfied! Up to 5 stars!

In un paio di occasioni in cui mi sono trovato a Foggia per aspettare il treno, ho deciso di venire a cena qui perché avevano delle pizze molto interessanti. Alla prima volta prendo una margherita speciale con Crema di datterini rossi e gialli arrostiti (artigianale), fior di latte, pesto di basilico (artigianale), cacioricotta, olio e basilico, e aggiunta extra di salsiccia, e anche una pistacchio con Ragù di pomodorini gialli, fior di latte, burrata affumicata, granella di pistacchio, guanciale croccante, olio e basilico. Entrambe mi sono piaciute molto, sia a livello di impasto che a livello di sapore complessivo. Alla volta successiva ho preso una squisita con crema di datterini gialli, cime di rapa, fiordilatte, guanciale, pecorino ed olio, e devo dire che non mi è dispiaciuta però il sapore complessivo era principalmente dominato dalle cime di rapa. Prezzi devo dire bassi rispetto a quelli che trovo in altre città al nord, personale molto cordiale e sempre super disponibile, servizio veloce. Promossa e super consigliata

On a couple of occasions when I found myself in Foggia waiting for the train, I decided to come to dinner here because they had some very interesting pizzas. For the first time I take a special margherita with cream of roasted red and yellow datterini tomatoes (artisan), fior di latte, basil pesto (artisan), cacioricotta, oil and basil, and extra addition of sausage, and also a pistachio with ragù of yellow cherry tomatoes, fior di latte, smoked burrata, chopped pistachios, crispy bacon, oil and basil. I really liked both, both in terms of dough and overall flavour. The next time I had an exquisite one with cream of yellow date tomatoes, turnip tops, fiordilatte, bacon, pecorino cheese and oil, and I must say that I didn't mind it but the overall flavor was mainly dominated by the turnip tops. I must say prices are low compared to those I find in other cities in the north, very friendly and always super helpful staff, fast service. Promoted and highly recommended
