The perfect pizza experience in Rome! Both the dough and the pizzas are delicious. Our favorite was the onion pizza, I definitely recommend you try it if you are in Rome and nearby.

My wife and I just ordered takeout to enjoy on our balcony during our stay. The man who served us was absolutely wonderful; he took the time to explain each item and was so patient! The pizza and suppli were delicious, and the prices are almost too good to believe. We’re so glad we decided to stop in!

10/09/2025: I highly recommend coming for lunch or dinner. Very nice restaurant, it's not my first time here, and the welcome is always the best. The staff treats you like a friend, you feel at home. As for the food, there are so many good dishes. I recommend the carbonara and tiramisu. Absolutely worth a try.
05/09/2025: Perfect for lunch on the Tiburtina road, very popular; reservations recommended. Parking may be a hassle. Nice atmosphere and fast service. Not cheap. I wasn't particularly impressed with my trio platter, either in terms of quantity or quality, but there are plenty of other options worth trying before judging the cuisine.

26/10/2025: Back to this little restaurant, and once again, an experience to treasure! This time on a Saturday night, the restaurant was almost fully booked, yet the service was impeccable, the atmosphere intimate and refined, and the food sublime. We were delighted to discover new culinary offerings and appreciate the new accolades received by this young team of professionals led by Chef Alessio. It's truly a pleasure to be pampered by this small but highly original restaurant on the outskirts of Rome. Congratulations, indeed!
10/10/2025: I was in Valmontone for work, I had lunch at Specus and immediately felt at home. Alessio and Flavia welcomed me as if we'd always known each other. The atmosphere was clean and quiet, and the cuisine was authentic and delicious. It will be a destination for three lunches and dinners. My compliments to Alessio and Flavia. Thank you for the wonderful lunch.
