Pizza Chef In Roma

Today, after weeks, we finally got to try this pizza, which we'd read about in so many Rome guides, including Gambero Rosso, etc. We were truly delighted! The pizza is crispy, flavorful, well-topped, and delicious. We especially loved the stuffed one with pulled pork—it was truly amazing—but also the plain red one and the one with potatoes, which were delicious! The staff is very kind and helpful, which is a plus! We'll be back to try the round ones, too!

Finally found a pizza chef who does pizza Rossa the round one we know, and amazing taste and portion as well🤩🤩

Much better than the much-vaunted Bonci. Excellent pizza and all the other delicacies. Truly good. And they're also related to Adriano Panatta!

Pizza Chef, on Via Clelia in Rome, was an incredible surprise! The meatball slice was fantastic: excellent dough, superb flavor. The slice with chickpea and chicory cream was another highlight, and the one with chicken salad was truly excellent. Every slice amazed us. Plus, the staff was incredibly kind. Highly recommended!

I think the pizza by the slice is one of the best in Rome, and the fried foods are good, but not exceptional. The only downside is the round pizzas, which I find too heavy.

We came for a snack, but it quickly turned into dinner. As we reached the counter, the question was: which pizza would I not want to eat? Well, the answer was none. Unfortunately, I don't have a stomach strong enough to eat everything, but what I tried was truly delicious. Crispy pizzas, light dough, excellent ingredients, and truly perfect combinations. Last but not least, the owners are truly wonderful people. They were so kind to us and our little girl. We'll be back soon!! Truly excellent.

Arrived at closing time. I apologize to Mr. Mario for not realizing it was time to lower the shutters. After the first bite of the meatball pizza, I was ecstatic. It only got better with the mushroom cutlet filling and basil mayonnaise. A true experience. I already fell in love with it, but when it came to the fried food (cardoncelli mushrooms, pumpkin, chestnuts, and béchamel), I couldn't believe how good it was. I know these are the moments of happiness that food gives, and yours, Mr. Mario, was a true journey. Whenever I can, I'll be back to try the other delicacies you offer. Thank you.
