Mario and Rosy are kind and make good pizzas; just a couple of times, they were a little burnt underneath. We take it regularly (in our opinion it is the best in Boves). Recommended.

We have already had pizza from them several times but this evening it beat them all, it was really delicious! We highly recommend it to anyone! :)

Very good pizza. With a lot of choice..among the best in the province of Cuneo... kindness and ability...fast in service..Mario the pizza chef is super together with his wife...possibility also to eat it on the spot...

Da anni siamo sempre stati clienti affezionati e ci è sempre piaciuta la pizza. Negli ultimi tempi purtroppo le pizze sono sovente carbonizzate da sotto così si deve buttare via mezza pizza, se non quasi tutta. Veramente un peccato perché fanno anche servizio d'asporto e sono molto puntuali. Nel mondo che viviamo dove le intolleranze fioccano vi do un consiglio, tenete la mozzarella senza lattosio perché così date l'opportunità anche a chi è intollerante di prendere la pizza e non doversi accontentare di una semplice focaccia e un altro consiglio fare attenzione alla cottura onde evitare di bruciare tanto le pizze.

La Tramontana

05/07/2025: We stayed for 4 days at the La Tramontana hotel, I must immediately say an absolutely positive experience. It is a family-run establishment, where everyone does their best to satisfy your every little need. The large room with window, with a simply wonderful view of the mountains, is equipped with a large bathroom with tub and window All the fixtures are new, double glazing for thermal and acoustic insulation. We had opted for full board: and well done we did!! Always a choice between three first courses, three second courses plus fruit or dessert: everything incredibly good, tasty and, it doesn't hurt, abundant, with a second course for those who still wanted to have seconds. In conclusion: we were truly satisfied and next year we will be back.. but for a week!
04/07/2025: Excellent restaurant with selected dishes also of the white cuisine. Attentive and kind staff. Beautiful panoramic view.
