10/08/2026: This is a medium-sized branch, quite busy, and it's often hard to find a place to sit. The cleanliness could be improved. I ordered a hamburger without sauces and vegetables, but it arrived with them. Overall, it’s tolerable for those who are willing to wait for a table and don’t mind sitting in a densely packed crowd.

08/08/2026: We have been in Europe for the weeks and stubbornly held out visiting a McDonalds as we refused to go to American restaurants. However, we told ourselves we would try it out before leaving. We were very pleasantly surprised with how delicious, fresh, and hot our food was. The train station is right across the street so I understand this McD's is very busy. The security team was pleasant and didn't make us feel rushed to leave although we would have understood if they had as there may weren't enough seats for all. I had the double cheeseburger and 4 chicken nuggets and fries. My husband had the Big Tasty which isn't available in the US, and he loved it. We loved the packet of spice you can add to make your fries spicy. Overall, excellent experience and we plan to stop in once more before we leave Rome. Thank you to the staff who were working very hard and had a pleasant smile for us.
