The dough is incredibly high quality, easy to digest, delicious, and offers a wide variety of options, as they don't just make the traditional classics. Fresh ingredients and excellent value. We've ordered takeout several times (the service was impeccable, the pizza arrived still hot), and now we can't wait to go there ourselves! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

A decent pizzeria, the "Ad Hoc" pizzas, with sauces other than tomato sauce, are very interesting. The size and toppings are just right, the dough is just the right amount of salt (I didn't spend the whole night drinking), and the farinata is delicious.
