I travel a lot for work and I see many restaurants... excellent environment, clean, beautiful and quiet... the friendliness of those who receive you is unique! Obviously excellent food. What can I say... if you pass through these parts I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it!!!

I had the pleasure of having dinner again at the 55 pizzeria and I must say that it was, as usual, a unique experience. **Environment:** The restaurant is welcoming and well furnished, with a warm and familiar atmosphere. The tables are well spaced, which allows you to enjoy a quiet meal. The background music is pleasant and helps create a relaxing atmosphere. **Service:** The staff (Ronny) was extremely courteous and helpful. He welcomed us warmly and recommended some house specialties. The service was quick without being intrusive, which is always a big plus. **Food:** Moving on to the main dish: the pizzas! I ordered a Francigena, a Bufala and a Versiliana. The base was thin and crispy, with fresh, high-quality ingredients. The tomato sauce was flavorful and well-balanced, while the stringy mozzarella complemented everything perfectly. The Francigena dressing, with truffle, was also delicious and not too salty. Superlative double malt beer “I Cavalieri”! The desserts, especially the tiramisu, were equally delicious and beautifully presented. **Price:** Prices are more than reasonable considering the quality of the food and the service. Excellent value for money! **Conclusion:** In summary, "55" is a pizzeria that I highly recommend to anyone looking for a true Italian dining experience. I will definitely come back to try other pizzas and dishes on their menu and to have a chat with Ronny who is always ready!

Siamo arrivati in 13 in pizzeria e dopo una sistemata ai tavoli ci hanno accomodati in questo stupendo localino in centro a Pietrasanta. Ottimo i taglieri come antipasto, ottime birre, pizze buonissime e veloci nella consegna. Il personale è stato superbo nell’accontentare le nostre richieste. Siamo stati veramente bene. Grazie alla ragazza che serviva in sala, grazie al pizzaiolo, grazie al proprietario.
