I recently went to Pitbeef for dinner with my boyfriend.
It was the first time we had eaten there, and already from how we were welcomed I knew that it would be an extremely positive experience!
The place is small and the atmosphere is really welcoming.
The two gentlemen who run the place are super friendly, nice and kind, well prepared on any question and ready to give the best advice. I really appreciated the explanation of the dishes on the menu and the accompanying whisky. Not drinking alcohol, I initially believed that sipping whiskey with meat (it is not mandatory to order it) would not be my strong point, but the detailed explanations of the histories of the different whiskeys and the recommended pairings led me to live a unique tasting experience!
The desserts were truly amazing, the shortbreads (which I absolutely love) were crazy and the smoked citrus ricotta was also sensational.
We really appreciated the possibility of being able to share dishes: in this way we had the opportunity to taste many dishes and experiment to the fullest!
The price we paid, for what we ordered and for the very attentive service received - without considering the location, is absolutely correct and in fact, I expected to spend more!
I thank the staff again for making us have a wonderful evening and for making us feel welcomed ^^

I recently went to Pit Beef and I have to say it was an unforgettable experience. The venue offers a welcoming atmosphere, perfect for a relaxed dinner. The service was impeccable: attentive, professional staff always ready to recommend the best dishes. The meat is absolutely phenomenal and the whiskeys paired with the dishes further enhance the taste of the food. The quality-price ratio is really excellent, considering the quality of the raw materials and the attention to detail. An experience definitely worth having!

Realmente me sorprendió la increíble experiencia que tuve en este pequeño restaurante familiar. Los propietarios siempre te saludarán y te sentarán con recomendaciones diarias. Mi filete de flanco fue cocinado a la perfección con un toque de sal de roca y salsa de mostaza a un lado. Qué festín fantástico. Sin duda recomendaría esto a cualquier amante de la carne.

Last week, I had lunch at this restaurant, and I was warmly welcomed by the two owners. The lady’s passion and confidence in the food deeply impressed me. Her recommendations—the steak and wine—were absolutely perfect. (Her English was also very fluent.)
I’m so glad I stumbled upon this restaurant by chance. It was truly an unforgettable dining experience.

I had lunch at this place a couple of times and was very satisfied.
From a service point of view, it is family run and the care with which the different cuts of meat and the various cooking methods are explained is much appreciated.
The meat is excellent and very tender, cooked with wood which gives it an exquisite flavour.
The dishes can be paired with different types of whiskey or beers and red wines.
Domestic and informal environment make for a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere.

Piccolo ristorante a due passi da piazza Gae Aulenti. Staff super gentile e preparatissimo; si vede che fanno questo lavoro con tutta la loro passione.
Carne veramente super tenera e accompagnata da salsine deliziose. Buona lista di vini anche di piccoli produttori locali. Sicuramente da consigliare. Complimenti ai gestori !!!
