Piccolo ristorante a due passi da piazza Gae Aulenti. Staff super gentile e preparatissimo; si vede che fanno questo lavoro con tutta la loro passione.
Carne veramente super tenera e accompagnata da salsine deliziose. Buona lista di vini anche di piccoli produttori locali. Sicuramente da consigliare. Complimenti ai gestori !!!

Small restaurant a stone's throw from Piazza Gae Aulenti. Super friendly and well-trained staff; you can tell they do this job with all their passion.
Really super tender meat and accompanied by delicious sauces.
Good wine list also from small local producers.
Definitely recommended.

Excellent experience. The very courteous staff introduces the route and courses with knowledge and detail. Excellent pairings with whiskey that enhance the various cooking and smoking methods of the meat. A few more slices wouldn't hurt but the quality of the cuts and the care taken in cooking fully satisfy the request. Advised.

I had dinner at PitBeef Milan and I must say that it was an excellent experience. The meat was absolutely top notch: soft, juicy and full of flavour. I can hardly remember better meat.
They have various cuts from different parts of the world, such as Wagyu, Black Angus, Finnish beef, smoked picanha and the wonderful Bavarian Tomahawk. The meat stands out for its particular aroma and flavor of wood, thanks to cooking over an open fire, which gives it a truly unique spicy and smoky note.
The starter Tasting of Bresaola, Lardo and Wagyu Guanciale A5 is spectacular: the flavors are unique, and the fat melts in your mouth like a very high quality lard.
The venue has a welcoming, intimate and silent atmosphere. The staff was kind and professional, explaining the dishes in detail and recommending perfect pairings.
Speaking of pairings, it is worth mentioning the wine cellar and, above all, the selection of whiskeys from all over the world: a real treat for connoisseurs. Even the desserts have an original touch, such as the Whiskymisu, which combines strong and rich flavors in a unique way.
I highly recommend all meat lovers to pay a visit. I will definitely be back!
