02/05/2025: 5 stars – an absolute insider tip in Piedmont! We had the pleasure of having dinner at Bon Padre Vergne as a couple after a mountain bike ride - in sportswear and a bit tired, but we were still warmly welcomed. We chose the 4-course menu with wine accompaniment and were thrilled! The service was exceptionally friendly - both the waiter and the manager of the house made us feel completely at home. The ambience is very well maintained and tasteful, even the tables outside were set in white. The quality of the food was excellent, as were the wines from the in-house vineyard – truly top class. The prices are more than fair for what is on offer. A real culinary highlight and a hidden champion that is rarely found. We'll definitely be back!
