Un amico si trovava in viaggio a Milano, da Varese siamo andati a trovarlo ed abbiamo cenato al Piscinin. Il locale è molto grazioso e intimo, l'atmosfera è rilassante, il proprietario gentile ed accogliente. Abbiamo ordinato antipasti misti (salumi, polpette di ricotta, puntarelle e carciofi), un primo alle vongole, un risotto alle capesante e spinaci, una cotoletta di tacchino alla milanese con contorno di patate al forno, tiramisù e torta fatta in casa, si trattava di dolce tipico di Praga al cioccolato, zenzero e cannella. Tutti piatti squisiti e curati anche nella presentazione, ingredienti freschi ed i sapori bel equilibrati. Torneremo senz'altro a pranzare/cenare in questo locale non appena ci troveremo nuovamente in zona.
