02/03/2026: The location, we know, is beautiful, we're in the heart of Varese. The dishes are very good (except for the desserts), which lowers the rating. The kitchen closes at 10 pm, so one of our guests is left without a second course (we could have been warned). In any case, I find it embarrassing on a Saturday night. The waiters are very friendly, except for the manager, who never makes his customers feel comfortable. (But that's well known.) It has all the credentials to be among the city's top five, but it needs work. In any case, it's definitely worth a visit.

The experience focuses on quality over quantity; the menu isn't particularly long, but the dishes are beautifully presented, the quality is undeniably superior, and the staff is very discreet and elegant. There's also a touch of originality, with dishes often revisited with unique and extremely fresh ingredients. The location is very central, and the restaurant has multiple rooms on multiple levels, including an outdoor area within a private courtyard. The place is very quiet, the tables are well spaced, and the service is quick and attentive. Recommended.
