28/09/2025: Il Vecchio Gazebo in Molfetta is more than just a pizzeria, but a true destination for lovers of gourmet pizza and fine dining.
The restaurant's philosophy is based on the use of the highest-quality flours and the constant search for doughs that guarantee a highly digestible final product, a crucial detail for fully appreciating pizza without feeling heavy. The long leavening process and carefully selected ingredients result in a light, soft, and fragrant dough.
The menu stands out for its varied offerings, ranging from classic pizzas revisited with excellent ingredients to the more daring and contemporary creations of the Gourmet section. The selection is vast and designed to satisfy the most discerning palates, often including options for those with specific dietary needs (such as celiac disease and vegans). The focus on excellence doesn't stop at the pizza; the wine, craft beer, and spirits list is meticulously curated, with high-quality labels that invite sophisticated pairings and end the meal with a touch of class.
The experience is completed by impeccable service. The staff is always attentive, courteous, and knowledgeable, ready to offer advice not only on pizzas but also on drink pairings. The welcoming and refined atmosphere contributes to a pleasant and refined evening, elevating dinner to a moment of true gastronomic pleasure.
Congratulations 💪🏽👏👏👏
21/09/2025: Food: Pizza, first courses, desserts, appetizers, all very good. I give it a 5/5.
Service: Expensive and not the best, but really fast. That's why I give it a 4.5/5.
Prices: A little high compared to pizzerias/restaurants in the city center or on the outskirts.
Quality: 5/5, to be precise,
4.5/5.
Ambience: Excellent
Thoughts: The quality is really high, so nothing to complain about, but the prices are a little high. I would recommend lowering the prices overall. Otherwise, everything was perfect.
