The sandwich was delicious, and the wild boar mortadella was so good I've never had one this good. But the wait was interminable, and then they charged us a glass of wine that was returned because it was obviously oxidized from a bottle opened days earlier. The staff was friendly, and we appreciated the chef's apology for the wait. I might go back, but during the week.

We stumbled upon it by chance, without a reservation. The food was good, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. The tables inside were very close together, and the place isn't very big; in the summer, you can sit outside.

One of the best—if not the best—restaurants of its kind in Bari and its province!
Truly good food, with a menu that balances tradition and originality, without ever going overboard.
Quick and meticulously executed service.
The atmosphere is truly distinctive, making the place aesthetically pleasing and unique.
Returning to Pipes is always a pleasure, and I'm truly happy that Triggiano has such a place!

È davvero una chicca. Qualsiasi cosa si prenda è davvero eccezionale. Dai panini ai primi, alla selezione di antipasti, c’è davvero tanta scelta. L’elemento cardine di tutto? La qualità. Il mio piatto preferito è lo spaghettone Cacio e Pepe, a cui faccio aggiungere il tartufo. È davvero straordinario. Consiglio di provare la struttura, non resterete di sicuro delusi.

Locale bello, il personale di sala è gentile ed accogliente. Abbiamo iniziato la cena con un buonissimo mega Wester, a seguire dei buonissimi panini farciti, buona la tagliata di carne. Ottima anche l'assassina. Prezzi nella media. Bravissimi
