Excellent restaurant in the heart of Rome. Traditional cuisine with good Roman-Jewish options. The sautéed mushrooms of the day are excellent. Very expensive

Everything about our experience at Piperno was perfect. We sat outside in the courtyard and the atmosphere was wonderful. The food was delicious and the service was impeccable. We were there for a special occasion and the hosts made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived and we were well looked after until the moment we left several hours later! When we return to Rome, we will be back. Thank you!

I used to go there many years ago, I considered it the best for the artichoke alla giudia....but with great disappointment I noticed that it has become very touristy, very expensive but the quality of the food is no longer what it used to be. Very kind and professional staff

Lovely restaurant tucked away from the main thoroughfares and tourist crowds. Fantastic tasting Roman fare with attentive, yet non-intrusive service by the smart white-jacket waiters!

This restaurant and the quality of the food they served was by far the best meal that we had in Rome. The staff is friendly, helpful and attentive. The food was just divine, Don't forget order the Jewish-Roman style artichokes. They are everything that people tell you about and more. Especially delicious at Piperno. Will return on our next trip to Rome.

Al Biondo Tevere

09/12/2024: Splendid Roman site. Seven years ago we visited Al Biondo for the first time and this year (2024) we returned. Delicious from brusquetta, carbonara, tartufo, meat and coffee, satisfying dishes with good seasoning. A unique experience next to the Tiber. They still have the chair where Paolo Pasolini had dinner and then left to meet death... Iconic.
