We were looking for a place where we could try deep-fried zucchini flowers, deep-fried artichokes, and supplì, and this turned out to be the perfect spot for that and much more!
The host and all the waiters were incredibly kind and thoughtful!
The food was delicious and the whole experience felt very “classy” yet homelike. If you enjoy rich flavors and dishes with a hint of nutmeg, this is definitely a place for you.

My partner and mother in law and I went for lunch this afternoon. I cannot recommend this restaurant enough. I’ve never experienced such class or attentiveness from the waiters. We weren’t rushed and were allowed to enjoy the food and the environment. I highly recommend the beef entrecôte and the tiramisu (our waiters recipe). We will definitely be back. Thank you for a wonderful time.

What an adorable restaurant. The elderly gentleman still working hard as waiters were dressed so impeccably and were so kind and attentive and proud of their craft. It was an absolute honored to be served by them and to eat there. The artichoke is amazing. The desserts were so delicious…every dish was delicious actually. I hope to return soon.

Excellent service, warm atmosphere and predictably good food. The zucchini flowers have a unique taste. It is perhaps a bit expensive, but you get what you hope for. The reservation credit card bit was a bit disappointing as it shows they don't really trust you.

There are few of these places in Rome: great food in a quiet and greta atmosphere. You should try this restaurant. The service is superb. A hidden gem in Rome. Will come back for sure.

Hidden gem of a restaurant! Attentive service, very good food and calm, but sociable and friendly atmosphere. Perfect place for a dinner with friends or family, but also very comfortable for solo diners. Had the carciofo alla giudia, animelle di abbachio con carciofi (lamb sweetbread) and a lovely tiramisu to finish. Would definitely go again!

Fantastic lunch at Piperno! Authentic Roman cuisine, carefully crafted dishes, and exceptional flavors. Everything was top-quality, from the food to the attentive and friendly service. The atmosphere was welcoming and the attention to detail was meticulous. A truly memorable experience, I'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
