Lovely restaurant in the Jewish ghetto. Sophisticated environment, with beautiful antique furnishings. It feels like going back in time. Excellent quality food. Impeccable service. Highly recommended

Very pleasant experience. Everything is delicious, with a very extensive menu in both food and wine. Great service. Elegant but relaxed atmosphere. With great kindness and affection they made room for us when they were full. 100% recommended. We will return.

Buona cucina con piatti romani ebraici, serviti con garbo e professionalità in belle ed eleganti sale da pranzo. Tutto bene. Suggerirei più cura nel cestino del pane: i grissini industriali imbustati non si possono vedere… In generale, un posto dove tornare.

Of course, expectations were higher. The menu seems more aimed at tourists than at customers looking for quality cuisine. A menu that leaves nothing to be desired, to say the least: caprese, spaghetti with clams, tiramisu and panna cotta can be found in all the restaurants in the city. A slightly decadent atmosphere, a vague hint of a splendor that has now faded in past years.

Nel cuore del ghetto, questo ristorante sembra essere una istituzione. Servizio attento ed ambiente old fashion. I carciofi alla giudia ben fatti, ma scontavano il fatto che eravamo ad inizio stagione (piccoli). Buone le animelle, possibilità di avere pasta senza glutine, menù ben assortito ma la carbonara con le fettuccine secondo me non ci stanno

09/04/2025: Nonostante le cose che ci sarebbero da ridire ci troviamo davanti al classico che non muore mai. Nessuno e’ perfetto d’altronde, ma in un posto così anche il difetto passa in Secondo piano perché sei accolto, coccolato alla romana, servito bene e sai comunque di mangiare qualità!

02/04/2025: I leave this review super satisfied with what I ate, namely a cheese burger with chips... crazy quality of meat, chips you can totally feel that they are handmade... the owner of the place, Giorgio is very kind and easy-going! The place is small but very nice, especially the outside part, which on a beautiful sunny day makes lunch in this place even more beautiful and relaxing! I will gladly return other times because it is not often that you find welcoming staff, excellent quality of food and a clean and tidy place. 👍🏼
13/03/2025: A little too long of a wait but it was worth it, delicious hot dogs...I will definitely be back 🤤
