I was there about 2 weeks ago, what can I say, excellence in everything, wonderful as always, high level quality, all accompanied by the courtesy of the owners Pier Paolo and Benedetta, for those who want to surprise I would definitely recommend the Piperno Restaurant.

It remains an obligatory stop for the artichoke alla giudia but the prices of both food and drinks are too high and this, despite there being other interesting and well prepared dishes, considerably lowers the quality/price ratio.

Un poco defilato rispetto agli altri ristoranti del ghetto. Ambiente più “su” della media della zona. Personale cortese e disponibile. Piatti cucinati molto bene. Il miglior carciofo alla giudia che abbia mangiato al ghetto. Prezzi adeguati, ma non eccessivi.

Lovely restaurant in the Jewish ghetto. Sophisticated environment, with beautiful antique furnishings. It feels like going back in time. Excellent quality food. Impeccable service. Highly recommended

Buona cucina con piatti romani ebraici, serviti con garbo e professionalità in belle ed eleganti sale da pranzo. Tutto bene. Suggerirei più cura nel cestino del pane: i grissini industriali imbustati non si possono vedere… In generale, un posto dove tornare.

27/05/2025: The interior of the restaurant is really beautiful, the food very good. We had lunch and it was all very pleasant. The artichokes and the winemaker are out of this world.
25/05/2025: We went to the pasta factory for an event based on excellent refined cocktails prepared by 3 Italian barladies from different cities. The place is elegant but relaxed, for our evening there was background music that created a nice atmosphere while still allowing us to chat peacefully. The food, classic but revisited in an excellent way (excellent fried tortellini, anchovies and croquettes), wide choice of excellent wines. I probably ate the best creme caramel ever. Let the restaurant manager Matteo advise you, he is very attentive to the well-being of his customers.

19/05/2025: Venivo anni fa perchè ai tempi lavoravo in zona, ambiente gradevole e pizza discreta. Siamo tornati di recente, il locale è rimasto più o meno com'era e la pizza anche, ovvero discreta e niente più.
