Arrived in Ivrea today for a day trip... I stumbled upon this pizzeria just steps from the castle... Very casual location... Good, plentiful food... Delicious wine and dessert... The gentleman was very friendly and the girl serving was very friendly and sweet...

26/08/2025: A simply enchanting place at the foot of the mountain. In winter, it's easily accessible by chairlift. Good slopes. Service was a bit slow, and if I hadn't remembered about the table, they'd forgotten. However, the food was excellent in a stunning setting. Lounge chair rental available for €5 (a good price, I'd say). The gazebo is a bit pricey (€100). Overall, a 5-star setting. The path to get there is easy, even for those with very young children. Definitely recommended. It closes by 5 pm when it's crowded. Otherwise, even earlier. I recommend booking.
24/08/2025: Unfortunately, we picked the wrong day for everyone. On a rainy day, we took friends to what is truly a magnificent place, where we've always had a great time. We ordered sandwiches (first, he told us they didn't have polenta) and they arrived still cold from the freezer (the bread wasn't even warmed up). It was obvious they wanted to close quickly given the weather and didn't feel like serving lunch... it's really a shame because they could have clearly told us it was closed given the weather (we even called to make sure it was open). It was a shame, but it was a terrible experience.

28/09/2025: I was there last night, but it wasn't my first time. The atmosphere is warm and friendly, and it's run by a wonderful family. The food is delicious, and the quality is high, and the prices are reasonable. The ingredients are always fresh, and the farm is absolutely delicious! Highly recommended. Everything is very, very good.
