This place is unbelievable! Exceptional food ( compliments to the chef ) and the service is even better! Anna was such a beautiful host and I will sure come back just to see her smile. If you come here be sure to try the "bistecca alla fiorentina" especially the chianina! Totally worth it!

I celebrated my graduation with more than 30 people and the staff managed to satisfy all requests. Excellent quality food and service and all guests were fully satisfied. Excellent cuisine and a really friendly environment. Also recommended for those who want to try excellent Tuscan cuisine.

We had dinner at this place recommended by the hotel reception. We were greeted by warm service that makes you sit at the table happy to be there. We enjoyed everything, from the local croutons and wine to the perfectly cooked meat, to discovering the chef's sweet forte. We thank Mario and Anna again for the smile and friendliness they brought. Super recommended restaurant!

Typical place with quality products... top meat... very young and highly trained service

Our main courses arrived exactly 50 minutes after we finished our appetizers. When we asked why they were so late, we were told that the Pici pasta we ordered takes longer to prepare as it is fresh; which is actually super infuriating to hear because Pici takes maybe like 8 minutes more than a regular pasta to prepare so like… Don’t insult my intelligence lol just apologize. Anyway, the Pici pasta with zucchini arrived overcooked, which perhaps could explain the excessive cooking time. Beef tartare and carpaccio were great. Carbonara is extremely overrated. Our waitress was incredibly sweet though and this was in no way her fault. Clearly an irresponsible kitchen mixup, but definitely could have been dealt with better. Overall, disappointing.

Having come to Florence for a hit and run, we went to this tavern recommended by the pension where we are staying and, convinced by the menu, we stopped, there had never been a better choice...excellent dinner, large platter as a starter, top marks! I had the loin which was spectacular and my partner had a breathtaking fillet with green pepper. The candlelit atmosphere makes the context very romantic, the staff of the restaurant proved to be very friendly, pleasant, prepared and professional... they welcomed us very well and seated us in a few minutes even though we had not booked. Highly recommended! 🤩🤩
