I went there on Saturday for dinner with the whole family. The staff was professional, kind, and attentive. The food was good, high-quality, and plentiful. We went to a restaurant, but out of curiosity, we ordered a plate of pinza to share: delicious. Good value for money. We'll be back. Recommended.

I went to lunch with my family on the Immaculate Conception, choosing a special fish-based menu for the day. I should start by saying that I'd already been there with the "all-you-can-eat" option, with a hot/cold appetizer buffet, where the dishes were beautifully prepared and cooked. This time, however, we decided to try the Immaculate Conception menu and we didn't regret it at all. From the entree with a drink (alcoholic/non-alcoholic) accompanied by a delicate fish-filled zeppole, an appetizer with fish and shellfish samples, balanced on a bed of greens, a special mention for the eggplant and swordfish parmigiana, and the perfectly fried cod cubes. Moving on to the first courses, tagliatelle with seafood (the quality of the pasta was excellent, perhaps fresh) and a flavorful risotto, perfectly al dente. We couldn't take it anymore, but the steamed sea bass on a bed of flavored mashed potatoes arrived, and it was worth it. Finally, plated fruit and a star-shaped pandoro cake. All served with a very carefully crafted and spectacular presentation of the various dishes (Gourmet). Then we tried the tiramisu prepared by the chef, but I wasn't thrilled with it. There was too much cream, too little mascarpone, and the ladyfingers were too soggy. I also thought the price was a bit high. Otherwise, I was extremely satisfied with the cleanliness of the place, the kindness of the staff, and the chef, who personally came to make sure everything was to our liking. Fairly priced, I highly recommend it.

I went to Manfredi's with my family for a truly enjoyable evening. We ordered the pinsa and were very pleased: light, well-seasoned, and truly tasty. The service was also impeccable. The waiters were kind and courteous throughout the dinner. During service, Chef Luigi also stopped by the table, passionately explaining how the pinsa dough is made, adding an extra touch to the experience. A simple but perfect evening.

On Sunday, November 16, I dined with my family at the Manfredi restaurant, where they presented a special seafood (very fresh fish) and meat menu that was truly spectacular. Chef Luigi demonstrated great mastery in his choice of pairings and presentation of the dishes (see the seaweed gnocchi with julienned zucchini and salmon tartare), meticulously crafted and capable of surprising both the palate and the eye.
Angela, with her professionalism and kindness, always manages to put guests at ease and offer the best advice, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The true quality and passion that drives this restaurant are clearly evident. It's a place you'll gladly return to and deserves to be recommended to those seeking authenticity and professionalism.

I tried this restaurant during my stay in Catanzaro and was truly satisfied. I ordered an elegantly presented porcini risotto, with well-creamed grains, generously chopped mushrooms, and two small side decorations resembling mushrooms, made with mini potatoes and placed on a green powder that gave the dish a dramatic touch. The flavor was excellent, creamy and rich, perhaps a little saltier for my taste, but I say this as someone who usually prefers very delicate sauces. The young woman who served me was very kind and attentive, and the chef proved to be competent, with a sure hand in preparing the dishes. A pleasant experience that I will repeat later this evening.
