A light, crispy, and easy-to-digest pinsa; you can taste the love it takes to make it. The place isn't very big and is very popular, so I recommend making a reservation. An experience worth repeating. 👍

I really liked this place. We opted for the giropinsa and I must say that I was satisfied. The pinsa are well seasoned and tasty, even the vegetarian ones, never eaten anything so good! The dough was not heavy, on the contrary, light and digestible. The owner told us about the care he puts into preparing the dough and met all our dietary needs. If you do giropinsa, for vegetarians or other needs it is better to let us know in advance. Absolutely recommended!

Excellent pinseria both for the dough that is faithful to the recipe and for the ingredients that are of excellent quality. I would absolutely recommend it as it is made to perfection. In summer there is the possibility of staying outside. The location is simple and the staff is very friendly.
