Pinsa e Buoi Dei... In Roma

Locale facilmente raggiungibile grazie alla sua posizione in centro ed a due passi dalla Basilica di San Giovanni. Oltre che dentro al locale vero e proprio si può mangiare anche all’esterno… se il tempo lo permette. Il personale che vi riceve è molto cortese e professionale e sa consigliare al meglio la vostra esperienza culinaria. Il menù si rifà alla tradizione romana con qualche piccola variazione ma sicuramente con ottime materia prime e buona capacità nella preparazione delle pietanze. La lista dei vini è ampia e ben assortita tanto da soddisfare anche i palati più fini. La spesa si attesta nella media per locali di questa tipologia. In conclusione penso che ci ritornerò volentieri.

Convenient location close to transport services; the experience was overall positive thanks to the friendly waiter, in itself making people wait 50 minutes for a service without bothering to warn of the delay or without offering bread or breadsticks while waiting just to make it clear that the problem was noticed was a bit ugly. We didn't see the internal environment unless I was going to the bathroom which they made functional despite the very small size. The outside is fairly nice, not the best for large groups in my opinion. I would go back just for the quality of the food, but for the wait and the rest to review.

Positive review, although with some critical notes, obviously constructive! The beginning was a bit confusing. The appetizer had its ups and downs: the meatballs on a stick, served on tomato cream, were unfortunately tasteless, while the Pata Negra and the croutons that accompanied it were excellent. The aubergines were delicious, although difficult to portion, and the white pizza (which in the North we would call focaccia) was superb. For lunch you choose just one main course: the carbonara was enveloping, the gricia simply perfect. For those who opted for the second course, the chicken rolls were delicious, the Roman-style artichokes very delicate, while the garnished herbs were perhaps a little bland. Super fried artichokes. Very intriguing desserts: the zabaione is highly recommended, the mango sorbet is also very good. Coffee? In restaurants it is always difficult to make comparisons, while the barricaded grappa offered at the end of the meal was a pleasant surprise, decidedly above the norm. Overall, recommended experience!

Prenotato dopo un consiglio di mia mlnioota ma eravamo scettici( pensavamo solito ristorante per turisti) ma neve e ci siamo ricreduti, servizio impeccabile e piatti veramente buoni. La pasta di altissima qualità. Bravi
