I had never tried the so-called Roman "pinsa" before, and I must say that I was not disappointed. Here at Spranghìn they offer three sized formats, for all appetites and for sharing, similar to the bruschetterìe that have already existed for a long time. It's a cross between a focaccia and a pizza; the menu here is quite varied. Advised!

10/03/2024: Warm and welcoming. Excellent menu proposals already defined, or à la carte. The charcoal sorbet is spectacular. To try. Excellent value for money.
29/02/2024: Restaurant located in the San Cristoforo area, there is a small free car park nearby. The interior is carefully furnished, the toilets are in good condition and seating is available both inside and on the veranda outside. On the tablecloth you can find the various fixed menus that must be chosen for the whole table, alternatively there is the à la carte menu. The waiting times are quite short, the staff is friendly, the food is very good and the prices are cheap. Advised!

ACQUACHETA

30/03/2024: Restaurant at the beginning of the road that leads to Marradi and Acquacheta. Typical Romagna cuisine with abundant and excellent quality dishes. The mixed grilled meat and seasonal dishes such as porcini mushrooms or truffles are very good. Possibility of having savory snacks with grilled tortelli or slices of homemade cake. Friendly and kind staff. Average prices except for beer (Moretti at 4.5 euros seems a bit excessive to me).
11/01/2024: My grandfather Scarpi Carlo's favorite place, the food is good and plentiful, huge Flemish dishes, also ideal for a quick stop at the bar
