We found this pinseria in Capocolle di Bertinoro. It's a very simple, no-frills place. I think "no frills" is the right term to describe it. There's a lot of substance and quality in both the service and, above all, the ingredients. The result is tasty pinsas that will satisfy even the most discerning palates.

Excellent pinsa, quality ingredients. Unfortunately, the place was packed, and we had to wait almost an hour to eat, and it was very noisy. We'll return on less crowded days.
