The products are of the highest quality. We had an aperitif: a spritz and a platter of traditional cured meats, all excellent! The staff were kind and welcoming! I'm posting a last-minute photo because we finished everything!!! 😂

The guy who works there is very professional. Excellent sandwiches. We had the gourmet sausage, hamburger, and the one with meatballs, which is out of this world.

Our hostess in Norcia said this place had the best sandwiches in town. What I can say is it was far more than that. Simone is a brilliant young manager and his mom is a great cook. He talked about the city and why he moved from Rome to live a tranquil life here. The food, the beer, the conversation. Exceptional

It's an experience that goes beyond the culinary aspect. It's a small corner in a place affected by the 2016 earthquake, when Norcia was almost completely destroyed. It's the rebirth that I preferred over the taste. This place, however, has that sense of cleanliness, goodness, and unmistakably incredible in what you taste. Hope, rebirth, also comes from these small places. Let's give hope. Let's give breathing space...I've done my part, and I hope you too can give breathing space to this land made up of strong, stubborn people, but with a great desire for rebirth.
