Piedmontese trattoria with a good selection of appetizers and interesting first and second courses, all at reasonable prices. We recommend the mixed appetizer platter, which gives you the chance to try everything. It's very generous, and best shared between two or three people. The desserts are also excellent. Free parking is very close by.

We arrived without a reservation, but Mrs. Beata managed to find us a table anyway, and then they treated us like royalty. Delicious desserts.

Half an hour between appetizers and first courses seems a bit much to me. Decent food, good service. Excessively priced...but we're in the land of the rich! 🙂

The atmosphere is classic Piedmontese trattoria, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. The food is home-cooked, pleasantly plentiful and well-prepared. The prices are absolutely in line with the location and the food, making this one of the few places of its kind still worth a visit. Highly recommended.

The wait staff is helpful and attentive. The restaurant is simple and welcoming. Piedmontese cuisine. Good value for money.

The food (mushroom-based) was good, average. The only downside was that we arrived at 12:30 and the door was locked. We called and were told they'd open right away, but they finally opened at 1:00 PM (there were about 20 of us waiting!).

The dining room is a bit noisy, but the service, provided by two lively and friendly young waiters, is prompt. The cuisine always maintains its identity, and the tagliatelle with mushrooms was truly excellent. And then, every time, memories of Einaudi resurface.

06/03/2026: Does one thing and does it incredibly well. Not quite that simple but the best pasta you'll eat, accompanied by delicious sauces, ragus, casseroles etc. Add wine and salad and it's a great meal.
19/02/2026: Absolutely love this place! The sharing pasta dishes are a real hit with our large family, allowing us to all sample a variety of great pasta dishes at once. I have been here before, and if I am in Sauze again I will most definitely return!
