Entrando si avverte subito la dedizione per la carne. Siamo stati accolti da un proprietario accomodante e sincero. I piatti ci sono piaciuti per la loro genuinità e per la conservazione delle ricette antiche. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la ricerca e le scelte fatte per mantenere la qualità dei piatti serviti a tavola. Menù vario ma senza esagerare. Vino eccellente (una bottiglia speciale di Primitivo), servizio veloce e cortese. Siamo stati benissimo e il conto é stato apprezzato. Torneremo sicuramente un’altra volta.

Passiamo un week a Locorotondo decidiamo di cenare in questo posto trovato all'entrata del centro storico , ambiente molto accogliente personale gentile e sempre pronto ad esaudire le richieste, carne molto buona portante dei contorni abbondanti . Molto soddisfatti

Nice and welcoming place....
The cured meats made by them melt in your mouth and have an excellent flavour. The second courses of meat were excellent, made with excellent quality products. For children I recommend taking the burgers (single dish).
I also noticed that they have a DryAged cold room with important cuts and a nice wine list.
I recommend explaining the cured meats they put on the cutting board also to enhance the work of those who make the cured meats.

We went last night and we were a group that enjoyed delicious appetizers, meat, sandwiches and wine with perfect service.
