Dinner as a couple in a comfortable and charming environment. Attentive and friendly staff. Raw materials selected with care and attention, treated with great respect.

The experience at Braceria Pietranuda was excellent. The owner Giuseppe was immediately ready to satisfy our every request and offered us a mixed appetizer of cured meats of his own production which were fantastic. The first one proposed and the second ones also lived up to our expectations. You can eat well in a large, spacious environment that allows you to relax and enjoy all the dishes on offer to the fullest. A piece of advice, if you come to eat here, try all the home-produced cured meats because they are exceptional. Elegant and recommended location with a wide choice of regional and national wines. It was an excellent choice and we will return.

Nice restaurant, excellent table service. Friendly and very knowledgeable staff. We really enjoyed the mixed starter, plate with sandwich and abundant side dish, the sliced meat was also good. The place is also aesthetically very nice, the table well set.

Entrando si avverte subito la dedizione per la carne. Siamo stati accolti da un proprietario accomodante e sincero. I piatti ci sono piaciuti per la loro genuinità e per la conservazione delle ricette antiche. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la ricerca e le scelte fatte per mantenere la qualità dei piatti serviti a tavola. Menù vario ma senza esagerare. Vino eccellente (una bottiglia speciale di Primitivo), servizio veloce e cortese. Siamo stati benissimo e il conto é stato apprezzato. Torneremo sicuramente un’altra volta.

Passiamo un week a Locorotondo decidiamo di cenare in questo posto trovato all'entrata del centro storico , ambiente molto accogliente personale gentile e sempre pronto ad esaudire le richieste, carne molto buona portante dei contorni abbondanti . Molto soddisfatti
