We went to this place after a wonderful trip to Locorotondo during the Christmas period. We were about ten people, who were pleasantly satisfied with the dishes we tasted.
I recommend bombette, gnummareddi (liver rolls) and shin....😉😉

Entrando si avverte subito la dedizione per la carne. Siamo stati accolti da un proprietario accomodante e sincero. I piatti ci sono piaciuti per la loro genuinità e per la conservazione delle ricette antiche. Ho apprezzato particolarmente la ricerca e le scelte fatte per mantenere la qualità dei piatti serviti a tavola. Menù vario ma senza esagerare. Vino eccellente (una bottiglia speciale di Primitivo), servizio veloce e cortese. Siamo stati benissimo e il conto é stato apprezzato. Torneremo sicuramente un’altra volta.

We spend a week in Locorotondo and decide to have dinner in this place found at the entrance to the historic center, a very welcoming environment, friendly staff always ready to fulfill requests, very good meat with abundant side dishes. Very satisfied

Braceria created in a cave with living stone all located in the underground level. Very impressive and well cared for. All good and fresh food, from meat to simple side dishes. Helpful and smiling staff! Owners 🔝
