A truly impeccable dinner! The Porterhouse was extraordinary, served on a hot stone so you could adjust the cooking to your liking. The meat was top-quality, tender, and incredibly flavorful. The baked potatoes on the side were also excellent. The staff was friendly and quick, and the place has a truly welcoming atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Excellent!!! We ate the Angus tagliatelle, it was divine! A plancha starter, cold cuts and cheese for four, perfect. And the service from Jada, the waitress who speaks French, was top!!!

Excellent Angus beef with incredible homemade chips. The Albea house wine is delicious, and the service from Jada is so kind and knowledgeable! Come on over!

We had dinner at this restaurant. I have very little to say because it would be reductive compared to the reality of the experience. Let me start by saying that the value for money is excellent; I think it's one of the few in the area, if not the only one. The stone rooms create a welcoming and traditional atmosphere, and the dishes are truly faithful to the flavors of local dishes. It would be perfect as it is, but what really made the dinner even more special was Giada, the young woman who served us throughout the meal. She was very lively and attentive to every request, not only ours but also that of all the guests around us, speaking several languages ​​with great empathy.

Excellent meat enjoyed in an authentic setting. And a special mention to the staff who helped me retrieve a forgotten notebook. A big thank you.

Excellent grill restaurant. The cured meats are highly recommended. The owner's wife told us they make them themselves, and I can assure you they were artisanal. They had a few hiccups with the service, but they were good at fixing them. A truly beautiful place with many delicious options. In my opinion, it's truly an excellent place! We'll definitely be back!

(Tuesday, dinner) Braceria Pietranuda (Locorotondo) We descend into a characteristic setting, resembling an elegant cellar (perhaps too elegant for us, dressed in shorts and a tank top); the menu is quite interesting, but I'm here with one goal in mind: bombs!! The place specializes in grilled meats, and there are various cuts of Florentine steak and other dishes in the open fridge. We order a bombetta (11.50) and a sausage for Perro (11), water, two glasses of Primitivo, and two baked potatoes (one stuffed). First surprise: they don't skimp on wine here, and the glasses are quite full! Second surprise: the stuffed potato (with caciocavallo and pancetta) is exceptional!! Third surprise: the bombette (I'd say there were about ten of them) are small and of two different types, but both excellent, perhaps the best I've ever eaten! Why don't I give it full marks? Because when I asked the waitress what the difference was between the two types of bombette, she couldn't answer. Count 55 (27.5 each), rating 4.75/5

Beautiful location, excellent food quality. I recommend trying the gnummareddi: superb, the tagliata, and the bombette.
