The place is actually small and it is advisable to book in order to get a table immediately. Very friendly and helpful staff. Everything we ate was delicious! For starters, first courses and drinks we spent around €20 each (absolutely average).

I've had their takeaway pizza dozens of times now, it's very good. First note: improve organization because it's quite confusing on weekends Second note: you can't book on the phone, you have to wait outside for 20 minutes

Amazing place! Excellent food, and the staff is the best. Good prices and a very nice atmosphere. I will definitely go again whenever I am back in Milano.

The Piccolo Ischia is part of a very small chain of traditional pizzerias. It's quite small, but the ambience is pleasant, and the pizza I ate was excellent. I ordered a Siciliana (tomato, mozzarella, basil, olive, capers and anchovies) preceded by a mixed salad, washed down with a 25cl carafe of red house wine. I was also promptly given an amuse-bouche of small bruschetta. It was very good, although the house red was a bit rough (possibly all that stops me giving it a 5 star rating) and not that cheap compared with supermarket bottle prices. The overall bill was reasonable.

Pizza molto buona, più croccante delle pizze napoletane classiche. Il locale è piccolissimo quindi consigliatissima la prenotazione. Conto onestissimo per Milano.

10/08/2024: Good food, they made a mistake in cooking the meat, they brought us extra water, and they made a mistake in bringing us a sandwich, they exchanged it with another table... The staff were still kind and welcoming but despite the few people because it was the day before closing, poorly organized and confusing. But the food is still worth it.
23/07/2024: Informal environment, lunch menu with first and second courses, large salads, generous slices of deep pizza or stuffed focaccia.

10/08/2024: everything was perfect except the service fee
10/08/2024: Pleasant restaurant in its simplicity. The dishes and ingredients are good. Unfortunately, last night's experience was ruined by the terrible service, totally confusing (we were served by 3 different waiters, all very kind but clumsy...) and in the end they forgot to call the fried fish (also excellent), for which we had to wait 40 minutes.... I want to think that it was an isolated incident.
