Siamo stati oggi a pranzo con mio marito in questo ristorante per la seconda volta, ma la prima diverso tempo fa. ricordavamo di essere stati bene e oggi abbiamo avuto sicuramente conferma e anche di più. Tutto eccellente dall’antipasto al dolce (l’unica cosa che non abbiamo mangiato sono stati in secondi), servizio attento e cortese, locale curato e ben frequentato. Ottimo anche il suggerimento del vino. Davvero un posto dove tornare per un pranzo o una cena di ottimo livello.

A truly excellent evening, a dinner made up of dishes and recipes from our culinary tradition, but revisited and enriched with clever little variations that make them unique dishes. Intimate and elegant environment, attentive and helpful service. Absolutely good value for money....definitely to be repeated.

26/06/2025: Just what I was looking for. No luxury, but lots of passion and professionalism. Clean and quiet accommodation. Pleasant dinner. I will return.
08/06/2025: Excellent location 2 km from Soriano nel Cimino and 12 km from the Orte toll booth. Restaurant, hotel, excellent breakfast. Shaded areas, outdoor spaces. Close to Viterbo and about 1 hour and 10 minutes from Rome. Kindness and welcome from the owners. Internal parking for cars

04/05/2025: I chose this structure because it is close to the Via Francigena and I liked the photos of the place, in fact when you arrive by bike it is very suggestive. The welcome was good and we immediately settled into the rooms and I was able to rest because I was very tired and the place is quiet. Dinner was as good as breakfast; the staff is kind and attentive to requests
26/04/2025: Cena molto buona, accoglienza e servizio super. Interessante la storia del luogo e delle materie prime, che hanno un gusto spaziale. Davvero complimenti (ancora).
