Deliciosa cena, excelentes platos de pasta (compartimos tanto amatriciana como carbonara) y tiene cordero asado para secundo. Gran ambiente, asientos no demasiado llenos. Servicio muy atento y personal. Nos sentamos adentro, pero afuera en la tienda hay calentadores. Reservamos los últimos asientos con cuatro días de antelación. Cucina típica.

First lunch in Rome after we arrived. The service staff was super nice to us in terms of making recommendations and helping us to prepare the food in the proper Italian way. The house salad with lemon pieces was great and the carbonara spaghetti and the oxtail are our favourites. Would definitely come back again

From the minute we walked in we were welcomed by lovely staff who gave us exceptional service in the most inviting and warm manner. Our waiter Christian was wonderful, he was attentive, funny and he gave us some super recommends. The food was impeccable, definitely the best carbonara we have had while in Rome. They have extremely interesting combinations of food and if you’re up for it you can really try some things out of your comfort zone like we did with the horse jerky (also incredible!). If you like white chocolate, the white chocolate custard was to die for too. Overall 10/10 experience, the atmosphere was great and we can’t recommend it enough! We will be back next time for sure.

Piatto Romano is an absolute gem tucked away in the heart of Rome. From the moment we stepped in, we were embraced by the cozy atmosphere that felt like we had entered our grandmother’s kitchen. The warmth and hospitality of the staff added to the experience, making us feel completely at home. The food was the highlight, crafted with love and authenticity. Every dish was a celebration of traditional Roman flavors, but the tiramisu stole the show—it was hands down the best we’ve ever had, perfectly creamy with just the right balance of coffee and sweetness. Dining here was an unforgettable experience, and we can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Really lovely staff and delicious food! Definitely try the pasta alla trippa, the carbonara and ask for wine recommendations, they know what they are talking about! The desserts are also phenomenal!!

Excellent trattoria with typical Roman cuisine. The Giudia artichokes are exceptional as an appetizer but the sweetbreads also deserve a special mention. In general, well-made traditional dishes and excellent ingredients. The wine list is also very interesting and varied. Attentive and attentive service. I recommend

Extremely friendly and engaging staff The vegetables from the starter to the main course, something that has never tasted so good and truly special! The waiter was right! Excellent and sweet al dente pate... I'm a pastry chef and they were really well made. There are even exotic fruits!

Non conoscevo questo locale e, entramdo nella prima sala sono stato piacevolmente accolto da un arredamento curato e arricchito da due consolles decorate in cui si muovevano con tranquilla efficenza i gestori . Poi passando nella ampia sala attigua sono stato di nuovo sorpreso dalla eleganza degli arredi , dalla cura riservata agli avventori che culmina con l’accurato servizio ! Poi dai gentili , forniti gestori napoletani ho appreso che il locale , curato in ogni particolare nasce dal connubio di alcune fra gli esponenti più famosi dll’hotellerie che qui sperimentano l’unione con altrettanto blasonati pizzaioli napolitani . Pur in presenza di un ricco menù, abbiamo preferito rivolgerci alle pizze , trovandole squisite nella migliore tradizione napoletana!
