Pianostrada Laboratoriodicucina In Roma

My wife and I still talk about our meals (yes we ate here twice throughout our week in Rome) at Pianostrada. The foccacia and tiramisu were out of this world. Shoutout to the Pianostrada team for running an exceptional restaurant.

A wonderful little restaurant in the heart of Trastevere, truly beautiful inside and out. The menu is very interesting, and the dishes we ordered were truly tasty and well-prepared, as well as beautiful to look at. The staff was extremely attentive and kind, and the service impeccable. Prices are a little above average, but worth it. I recommend it, especially for a special occasion.

Wow… I have no words. Everything about this place was absolutely amazing. The service was perfect as was the food. Everything was cooked to perfection and genuinely the best Italian food I have ever had, coming from New York City. I’ve never seen so much care put into a meal and the staff was so friendly. The best place to eat Roma! Incredible service and a superb ambiance

The food was excellent and well-cooked. The price, of course, reflects the quality and central location of the restaurant in Rome, and it's not cheap. The service was professional, even though there wasn't always enough space at the table, but there were one more of us at the table.

Delicious and refined food, simple recipes prepared and presented with care, very nice atmosphere

L'endroit est très joli et soigné, nous y avons passé un agréable moment grâce au service accueillant. Plats élaborés préparés minute, prix toutefois un peu surcôtés pour les petites quantités.

Cena di compleanno con altra coppia di amici. abbiamo passato una serata fantastica dove i sapori e la cucina di una volta sono esaltati a livello stellare. Se avete visto il film "Ratatouille" e vi ricordate il critico culinario francese Anton Ego chiedere con supponenza al povero Remy un po' di prospettiva ....." per poi essere annichilito dal piatto presentato . Bene siamo sulla strada giusta. Pensate alla pasta e patate e poi metteteci tutta la sapienza la passione la ricerca della qualità di Paola. Abbiamo fatto un salto nella ns. Infanzia . Tutti dovrebbe averne l'opportunità. Il valore dell'esperienza giustifica il prezzo. Per tutti quelli che pensano che ...pago pretendo ....giù il cappello alla cucina ai sapori più autentici della cucina italiana.
