An absolutely GORGEOUS experience. I went to celebrate my birthday and I am so glad I did. The food was so fresh, and the staff were knowledgeable and kind. This was the best restaurant I’ve been to in Rome.

I had an unforgettable dining experience at this wonderful chef restaurant in Rome. So wonderful that we went twice :) Chefs Paola and Claudio were incredibly warm, attentive, and truly went above and beyond to make our evening special. The service was excellent from start to finish, and every dish was both delicious and uniquely crafted. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed and full of charm, creating the perfect atmosphere for an exceptional dinner. And above all - Paola’s focaccia!! Absolutely phenomenal! Soft like a cloud and made to perfection… it was easily one of the best I’ve ever had!! Highly recommended for anyone looking for an outstanding culinary experience in Rome!

A very nice place in the center of Rome, just steps from Tiber Island. The interior is a bit claustrophobic, requiring more ventilation; in winter, short sleeves are comfortable. The food is delicious; you can taste the flavors of all the ingredients, and the meat is perfectly cooked. The menu isn't particularly long, but what I order is always good. There's a wide selection of wines, both by the glass and by the bottle. The prices are high: two appetizers, two main courses, a bottle of wine for €60, two glasses of sparkling wine (€15 each), total €260. For this price, I would have liked people waiting outside to be offered a complimentary prosecco, for the appetizer at the table to be a bit better than a pizza (still very good), for water to be poured, and for a chocolate, coffee, or something similar to finish the meal, along with a place to hang up your coat. More attention is needed; there are restaurants that do all this, charging less.

Piano Strada is a truly unique venue in Rome, perfect for a cooking school but also for intimate dinners and a truly special evening. The venue is very intimate and welcoming, decorated with fairy lights and plants, creating a charming atmosphere. The owners and chef are truly welcoming and cheerful; I recommend this venue to everyone.

My girlfriend and I had maybe the best focaccia we’ve ever had in our lives. The overall food and service was excellent and would highly recommend to anyone new or accustomed to Rome. As far as environment goes, they counteracted many restaurant inconveniences (purse on the ground for example) by supplying us preemptive solutions (a stool for the purse). The lights and plants put a cherry on top.

It was a great experience, I think it deserves a Michelin star.
