After a disappointing experience the night before, we took our hotelier's recommendation, which recommended this piadina shop as one of the best in Cesenatico, and I must say, it even exceeded our expectations.
Crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, truly delicious! Well-stuffed with quality ingredients. We tried both the traditional and whole-wheat spelt dough, all homemade and made to order. Bravo, bravo!

Authentic artisanal piadina from Romagna! It's true that here in Romagna, there's something for everyone, but this is my absolute favorite! The thickness of the piadina is perfect, not too thick, not too thin. The crescioni are amazing! The tomato, mozzarella, and sausage are spectacular—the best I've ever had! The wait times are normal considering the product is made on-site. The atmosphere is pleasant, perfect for a quick stop. The staff is attentive and friendly.

The wait is a bit long, but it's worth it when they make your piadina fresh (I've found in the past that some places have the crescioni already made before serving).

Really good piadina! We had a traditional dough and a gluten-free one, made by a local artisan. They pay close attention to cross-contamination. The staff is very friendly.

A discovery. In addition to the vast selection of piadinas, crescioni, and rolls—it's hard to choose which one to try—the piadinas are superb.
Quality ingredients, delicious dough, both classic and spelt, and generous fillings.
The icing on the cake, however, is the owner's kindness and availability.
If you want to eat a good piadina and warm up with a smile, you have to come here.
