Piadineria il Posticino In Cesena

Fantastic little spot I found by chance along the highway. I wanted to stop for a quick bite, but not at a service station. I went out by chance, found this place, and had a divine meal. I even packed some food to take home. Highly recommended.

Yesterday I ordered from the piadineria "il posticino" rolls, crescioni and normal piadinas, with hemp and spelt, very delicious I must say and we were very satisfied, they were truly top notch, you were good and kind, I assure you that I will return... thank you, thank you

We had lunch at this kiosk because a former employee recommended it, and we were pleasantly surprised. They have a wide variety of piadinas, crescioni, etc. The only downside is they don't have a bathroom, but this is reported at the cashier.

We had a delicious and super-stuffed crescione, but the roll was flat, and having much more dough than usual, it ended up dry and tasteless. The good thing is that the ingredients inside are excellent quality. The piadina dough isn't one of my favorites, but it's still good; for my taste, it tastes too floury. There are no bathrooms; we went to the fast food joint across the street. The wait times can be a bit long; we had two people in front of us and waited 25-30 minutes. On a sad note, the owner, after taking change from several customers in front of us, took our rolls with his hands and placed them on the cutting board. At least use napkins.

Super-stuffed piadinas—there's nothing to complain about, in fact, the price per piece is around €10 and up. I appreciated the option of having whole wheat or hemp dough instead of the traditional one. Unfortunately, the downside was the preparation time, as it took an hour and a half from the time we lined up (three people) to the time we got the piadina. We were hoping to grab a quick piadina, but it took us longer than at a restaurant. Another downside is that there are no restrooms. So we crossed the street and got a decent coffee and used the restrooms at McDonald's.
