Piadineria just outside Ferrara. Exceptional quality piadinas made and freshly made. Guys at the cash desk and in the kitchen are friendly and helpful. I thank the boy in the kitchen who went out of his way to prepare a dish for my partner with what he could given some of her intolerances. Thank you.

Good Piada but I had asked for a wholemeal dough and when I got home it was normal dough...the staff seemed quite annoyed even though no one was there....it's a shame

Very good piadina, possibility of complete customization, from the choice of dough to the condiments and even some really tasty appetizers. Generous filling and highly recommended piadina!

The girls are kind and nice in their ways, the piadinas are excellent and if you want to eat too much at the end there are Nutellini!

Very good and very stuffed piadina (as in the photo). Various types of dough (including hemp), attention to the quality of the products. Seating in a small park with children's games. We were very happy! Thank you!

12/02/2025: Small location, the table next to the kitchen was hot, the only other table occupied by a dozen rowdy screamers. Effective table service but nothing was done to quell the troublemakers. Excellent dry Passatelli, game stew too salty, the dish was replaced but the problem was only partially solved.
08/02/2025: Great experience: excellent food, nice venue, friendly and professional staff. The gluten-free offer is also satisfactory.
