Finally everything gluten free!!!!! Extraordinary, welcoming owners and top service. I ate at this place twice. They have a separate kitchen for all gluten-free dishes and this gave me a unique serenity that only a celiac knows. Everything made by them, from the fried dumplings to the dessert. Compliments!

We tried this traditional Romagna Piadineria for dinner for the first time.
The staff was very friendly and the piadinas were delicious!
In addition to the very good dough, the ingredients are also of high quality.

Piadineria as per true Romagna tradition in the heart of Modena. The service is fast and courteous. The choice of seedlings (and not only) is truly vast and satisfies all tastes. There is also the possibility of taking take-away wraps and ordering them from a wholesale touch screen totem which avoids having to wait in unnecessary queues. The decor is very nice and the environment is welcoming. Highly recommended!

Se siete celiaci per provare piadine, tigelle e gnocco fritto vi consiglio di mangiare qua: non è in centro ma la deviazione vale la pena! È tutto buonissimo, il menù ampio, per cui avrete l'imbarazzo della scelta. Locale curato e carino, il servizio è veloce, il personale cortese. È un locale AIC per cui nessun rischio di contaminazione.

If you are celiac and want to try piadine, tigelle and fried gnocco, eat here. It's all delicious, the menu is extensive, you will be spoiled for choice. It's not in the center but the detour is worth it! Fast service, courteous staff, the place is also very nice and nice.
