If you want a good piadina in Modena, visit this place. A lively atmosphere with young, efficient staff. The gluten-free variety is also excellent. Highly recommended.

I stopped in with some colleagues. Wonderful piadinas. I opted for the whole wheat one, and finally it wasn't the usual: the dough had texture, really good, congratulations!! Great variety of fillings, so there's something for everyone. If I looked carefully, there are also vegetarian and gluten-free options. Recommended!!

There are so many ideas for everyone...spectacular place

We had dinner on a Friday and were served immediately. A wide selection of piadinas, from classic to gourmet, with the option of creating a menu that includes a drink and a generous portion of chips. They offer gluten-free piadinas with a separate cooking method, which can also be combined with the menu. For the gluten-free piadina, you can choose the type of flour. For those who don't want piadina, there are also salads. Even the desserts are gluten-free.

Last night my family and I went to this place for dinner and had a great time. The tigelle and gnocco were delicious (my dad and I are celiac and were pleasantly surprised), and the salads were also good. Highly recommended, we'll definitely be back!

I went for dinner on the way back from the Modena Nerd fair, and Doppiozero Food Lab was a great choice. I found the piadina dough to be average (I chose 00), but the ingredients are exceptional: I've never tasted a piadina with such delicious fillings. The choice of movie-themed names was also fun, perfect given the proximity to the cinema. The service was very fast—I went to the bathroom after ordering, and when I returned, my piadina was already at the table. The staff was very friendly, especially the owner, who greeted us, seated us, and stopped to chat about the fair (probably having noticed our cosplay). The only flaw: the inside tables are a bit narrow, but there's enough room to move around, so it's not a serious problem. Celiacs can feel safe because the restaurant is supported by the Italian Celiac Association (though it's best to ask if a separate kitchen is needed for those with severe celiac disease). There are also several vegan options and truly delicious desserts. It's a shame they don't deliver within a 40km radius, otherwise I'd order every week 😂. Highly recommended, a definite stop for years to come!

Great food, and a coeliac society approved kitchen so great for anybody who's gluten free. The treats are all GF (and tasty!) too!

Gnocco fritto ottimo servito con salumi buonissimi. La piadina farcita con prodotti veramente buonissimi,dolce altrettanto buono. Personale molto simpatico e preciso... CONSIGLIATISSIMO
