Piadineria Carboni In Parma

We stopped in this place for a quick lunch even though we were immediately tempted by seeing the piadinas that came out for customers. We took a piadina no. 6 with Parma ham, stracciatella, tomato and rocket and we were surprised by how filling it was, it really filled us up. The piadina dough is quite good, well cooked, not too thin. Excellent value for money. Advised!

Excellent piadina and very friendly staff. It's a shame that there isn't much space and you're a bit "closed together".

The piadina is handmade and overall good. The room and the service leave a little to be desired, given that they handle food and money with the same gloves. Waiting times a little long since there are only 2 people behind the counter. Price a little too high.

Ho avuto occasione di entrare in questa piadineria di Parma , piccolo locale in centro con un menù di piadine veramente gustose con 3 tipi di impasti classico , integrale e kamut , ingredienti genuini e del posto , diversi taglieri di salumi e possibilità di scegliere gli ingredienti , locale piccolo ma comodo molto pulito e personale cordiale , disponibile e veloce , super consigliato!!!

Small place, good piadina, average price and service.

Overall the piadina is average, we took the one with cooked Parma ham, the ham was good but overall the piadina itself was normal, nothing exceptional. The place is simple, a little spartan. What I find inconvenient is having to choose via the menu hanging on the wall, the variety of choices is too wide and it takes a long time to read all the options.
