My wife and I live in the area and often get takeout piadinas for lunch. They're excellent. Very fresh, high-quality ingredients. The price is average. Keep in mind we're in Milan. I usually get a salami, brie, and radicchio piadina; my wife gets the same, but with salsa rosa. I also get a ham, squacquerone, and arugula piadina. If you show up during office rush hour, the place gets packed and you can wait up to half an hour, but it's totally worth it. Highly recommended!!!
